“Hantera” makes your lifestyle smarter.

"Hantera"( in house Hotel Reservation App and Web Application )




To build hantera we have to research on several areas to get a correct idea about what are the user expectations and the things user want to from Hotel Managing system application. So first of all problem explanation is below.
When we think about hotel reservation apps or websites or whatever automated method there are various kinds. Every website, app will have date selection, area or the room kind selection, luxury type selection, prices, offers likewise some same features and then finally we can search for a room and we can log to that system and do reservations. Make payments. But the thing is when we do reservations via this type of product and after we go to the vacation or complete that reservations we have to face several manual problems like room service, reservations that doing from room, update reservations, make special orders, know about current offers in particular hotel, get current bill known. Like these kind lot of problems we have. Because of these things we have to face some kind of difficulties. So going further from a normal hotel reservation system we have implement a product “Hantera”.


In Hantera we have a usual view with commands for search a hotel and view a room and do reservations, make payments. But to achieve above problems we have merge our system for more and more deep. Like,
 Do you like to view your current bill when u already using facilities in a hotel? In manual process also you can but it makes you some difficulties. So aren’t you like to use a mobile app or website for it?
Then do want to do some special orders you like to call reception and ask for everything before make order? And do you like to order some beverage or food that you never seen? Then do you like to do those process via a mobile app or a web site?
And also just think that the day you leaving hotel will have a great function for residence and it’s damn free or there are awesome offers? How you going to know those things? In normal way you can see it in some notice in ground level. But when you see it you already complete the payments and came outside? You just missed an awesome experience from your life. And I’m that feeling will make you suffer at least for a second. So think before you leave you can view all current and future offers how much it helps you?
Like these problems there are more that clients have to face when came to a hotel because nowadays all become smarter and no one will like to get calls for every single thing when came to a vacation or came to a business visit and waste  time. And also the process happens via calls are not 100% clear. There will be some bugs when passing messages through sections and because that some time the outcome of a request will be different than what we expect.
Including all these features and much more smarter functions we have implement a product “Hantera”.
